Low back pain shouldn't keep you from the life you love.

Whether it's a dull ache or a sharp catch, low back pain can make everything harder. We find the cause and build a plan to get you moving freely again.

Low Back Pain

What's going on

Your lower back carries most of your body's load all day. Lifting, sitting too long, or a sudden twist can strain the muscles, joints, and discs that support it. The good news: most low back pain responds well to conservative care.

We don't just chase the pain. We look at how you move, where the tension lives, and what's driving it, then build a plan that fits your body and your life.

Sound familiar?

  • A dull ache that builds over the day
  • Sharp pain when you bend or stand up
  • Stiffness that's worst in the morning
  • Pain that flares after sitting or driving
  • Trouble finding a comfortable position to sleep

Common questions

How long until I feel better?

Many people notice improvement within the first few visits. Your timeline depends on the cause and how long it's been going on, and we'll set honest expectations at your exam.

Will I need surgery?

Most low back pain does not need surgery. We start with gentle, non-surgical care and only refer out if your case truly needs it.

Should I keep moving or rest?

Total bed rest usually makes back pain worse. We'll guide you on the right kind of movement to keep healing on track.

When to get emergency care. Get emergency care for loss of bowel or bladder control, numbness in the groin area, or sudden leg weakness.
